After updating to Outlook Desktop Version 2209 Build 15629.20156, when you select People to display your contacts, you find that the People View is overlayed by a contact card and you cannot access your contacts.
WORKAROUND
Microsoft's Outlook Team is investigating this issue for a fix and we will update our entry once a fix has been found.
To work around this issue, you can disable the Reading Pane.
- On the People pane select View, then Reading Pane, and set to Off.
- If the View menu is covered, click Alt + Space Bar, and then select Restore. This will get you back to the minimized state and you can now do the Reading Pane change in the above step.
